Our service produces unique letters based on the specific details you provide. These materials cannot be resold or repurposed for another customer, which is why all sales are non-refundable.

3. No Guarantee of Outcome

While we strive to create well-structured and accurate letters, we do not and cannot guarantee a favorable result from any third party. Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with a third party’s decision, response time, or refusal to respond.

4. Exceptions for Technical Failures
