Refund Policy

Premium purchases on InstantRefund cover the premium letter workflow and related delivery features available at the time of purchase.

If you experience a technical problem that prevents premium delivery after payment, contact support with your payment email and issue summary so the case can be reviewed.

Refund requests are evaluated based on whether the premium service failed to function as offered. We do not refund simply because a company denied or ignored a refund request generated through the platform.
